The Principal Consultant is  Witness Kwaza, who has more than 30 years of experience in the SHE field with large reputable organizations. We pride ourselves on our team of highly qualified and predominantly female professionals and partners from all three spheres of SHE. The team’s involvement in different projects in mining, construction, and the public sector, has earned us valuable experience and skill to deal with complex projects and programs. We further commit to contributing to the development and training of young professionals who require experience in partnership with our clients. This is in line with South African government initiatives.
